Default Tiny Error in Tutorial 2

Hi Rick,

although I said it already not only once - thanks for this great piece of fmri-analysis-software. I was doing the group-analysis-tutorial and recognized a tiny error:
Although stated in the beginning of the preprocessing chapter to motion-correct the data, it is not actually done in the command lines beneath.
It might be also good for UNIX beginners to say some words about setting the PATH before being able to use nldo.

Michael.

Thanks for pointing that out -

The plan is that NeuroLens 2.0 will provide a workflow environment that alleviates much of the need for Unix scripting (while at the same time providing a richer set of possibilities for command-line execution when this makes sense). In preparation for this release (which will come out under Leopard) documentation enhancements for the 1.x line will probably be pretty slow (sorry!)

Cheers,

Rick
