If you try to load a folder of DICOM files in Snow Leopard, all versions of NeuroLens will silently fail to load the folder (it will look like nothing happens, although the app won't crash). If you check the console log, you will see a message to the effect that NeuroLens can't open files of type "folder".
I will try to get a fix out this week. Sorry for the inconvenience - Rick |

Hi,
Unfortunately if you have Neurolens installed under Snow Leopard, you cannot open a folder of DICOM as described in the tutorial yet. There is currently no fix for the DICOM folder loading in the current Neurolens version under Snow Leopard. It should come out soon though! Sorry for the inconvenience, Cécile |

Hi,
are there any news on a Neurolens Update that can handle DICOM folders under Snow Leopard? I guess due to the fact that more and more people are upgrading to OS 10.6.x this is relevant to a growing number of users. I also have now these issues (Sys admin wanted to go to 10.6...), and just converting my data to analyze does not help to solve all the problems... Would be really great if Rick could care :-) Best, Hans |

Well has been more than two months since my last post. So is there any progress regarding the DICOM folder bug fix for neurolens? I understand that the developers must be very busy, but I think a bug fix (soon) would max neurolens again usable... Or are there any work around ideas for dicom files (e.g. converting them or so????).
Best, Hans |
